While mixing dough Avery was reminded of the time they made pasta at Fattoria Poggio Alloro. The Balint family loves to travel and over this past summer they had their first family vacation to Europe. During their time in Italy they visited Fattoria Poggio Alloro, a farm in Tuscany that supplies its own cattle, eggs, olives and wine. It was one of the highlights of their trip.IMG_9930-2IMG_9948IMG_9994

The pasta maker Pete’s Mom bought when he was eight.
