Fresh Sesh is the freshman, Class of 2029’s, Spring semester showcase. All works are choreographed and performed by the freshman class. The chemistry and friendships that have so quickly formed are evident as not only the dancers moved together in the pieces but as they transitioned from piece to piece, flowing from one work of art to another, giving from their own to each other. As their professor d. Sabela Grimes remarked, this performance is about community first.

Lucas is currently pledging Pi Kappa Alpha. It was wonderful to see some of his pledge class come out to support. Class of 2026 showed their support! Seon and Soo joined me to visit and support Lucas. We made it into a vacation in Santa Monica, soaking in the sunshine and quality time. Always remember this. The hard work, the friendships, the fights, the good days and the sore days and the times when it all comes together beautifully and makes every second worth it.
