As if our children didn’t prove themselves on the flight we put them to the test with a full day of wine tasting. Our second stop was Alpha Omega, a favorite of ours from our Napa trip last July. With the patio to ourselves we enjoyed a leisurely tasting with lunch.
Hall Winery was our next and last visit for the day. The winery was recommended because of the art gallery and the spacious and interesting property, perfect for kids. The lady warned our children to not touch the art when they were 20 feet away, the guy leading our tasting was so-so in his knowledge and personality but the spacious property was exactly what we needed at the end of our day.
“All wines should be tasted; some should only be sipped, but with others, drink the whole bottle.”
– Paul Coelho
And after that many tastings the photos tell the rest of the story.
“With wine in hand, one reaches the happy state—where men are wise, women beautiful; and even one’s children begin to look promising.”
