Lobstah: The way Mainahs say what most folks call lobster. Seeing as Maine has the largest lobstah industry of any state in the USA, “lobstah” is the correct pronunciation of the word. – http://www.urbandictionary.com
C-Ray Lobster is an authentic Maine lobster shack. A third generation family business they have transitioned from selling live catch off the boat to directly to the consumer in the same dooryard.

Our seafood boil being steamed before our eyes!

For what C-Ray’s does it does best. From the tank to the stove, we watched as our dinner came together and enjoyed it at the outdoor picnic tables. The whole experience was authentic, friendly and intimate. However with two kids with shellfish allergies there were limited options that were non-shellfish. For this reason we only came once but I could have easily dined at C-Ray’s a few more times during our vacation.

Stewman’s Lobster Pound is the only authentic oceanfront lobster pound in Bar Harbor, Maine. Stewman’s with an amazing view out onto the ocean and a full-service menu, was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. Stewman’s was our first and last meal of our vacation.

We not only experienced lobster on our plate but also on our heads! Diver Ed provides a fun, interactive underwater adventure. While we are safely and warmly on the boat, Diver Ed dives for sea creatures and brings them to the boat for the kids to learn about and touch.
